Post school and college leaver opportunities
Get your career off to a brilliant start without going to university by joining our Assurance, Business Recovery Services or Tax training programme.  On these programmes you’ll earn while working towards a professional qualification. And as well as great technical skills, you’ll develop in-depth business knowledge thanks to formal study, on-the-job experience and coaching from colleagues. You need at least a 240 UCAS tariff for the Tax route and, for  Assurance and Business Recovery Services, a UCAS tariff of at least 280 or equivalent.

University Partnership Degree Programmes
If you’re thinking of going to University, did you realise you could choose a degree endorsed by PwC?   This sets you on a path to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, and means you can secure a job offer with us once you graduate. Do well and you'll get a job offer with us at the end of your degree and the chance to qualify as a Chartered Accountant just a year later. These PwC-endorsed programmes run at the Newcastle University Business School and Henley Business School at the University of Reading.  Both put you a step ahead of your peers and well on your way to qualification by the time you graduate.

PwC graduate programmes more information & application >

Full time graduate opportunities
In short, this is your chance to enjoy a huge variety of experiences, develop an enormous breadth of skills and build relationships that will stay with you throughout your life. As well as exposing you to many different clients, projects, roles and business areas, our graduate programme offers exceptional training and development opportunities, plus of course support towards a professional qualification. Like all PwC people, you can also look forward to a competitive salary and a personally tailored benefits package. We have full time opportunities for graduates in each of our business areas; Assurance, Consulting, Tax, Financial Advisory, Actuarial and Technology.

What you need

  • A 2:1 or above in any degree discipline
  • A UCAS tariff of at least 300 (or equivalent)

Equally important will be your ability to build relationships, to put yourself in others’ shoes and make a positive impact on our clients and us, while shaping your own future.

Exceptional exam results or exceptional potential?
Of course you’ll need to be bright to hold your own here. That’s why we look for a 2:1 or above plus at least a 300 UCAS tariff. But maybe you don’t have the grades we’re after because you’ve invested time in extra-curricular activities that show you’re exceptional. If so, you could still join us. ‘Inspired Talent’ is a new entry route that recognises exam results aren’t the only way to prove you have potential.
