FSP Apprenticeship framework
Frameworks are used by colleges, employers and training providers to ensure that apprenticeship programmes are delivered consistently and to national standards. The framework includes all qualifications and their credit value. It also gives guidance regarding entry requirements, completion time and careers paths.
We have developed a number of frameworks to support employers in finance, accountancy and financial services to recruit and develop talent. There are three levels of apprenticeships:
- Level 2 apprenticeships are equivalent to GCSEs, A* to C grades, Scottish Standards Credit Grade and other equivalent level qualifications.
- Level 3 apprenticeships are equivalent to A’ Levels, Scottish Highers and other equivalent level qualifications.
- Level 4 are equivalent to HNDs, Foundation Degrees and other equivalent level qualifications.
