An important part of the Directions work is the outreach service we offer to schools, colleges and universities.  From making visits to individual education providers, to delivering careers workshops and running large scale events for students, we actively promote career opportunities and encourage people to join the finance, accountancy and financial services sectors.  We organise and run events specifically for individual firms to meet their talent attraction requirements. Our careers workshops into schools, colleges and universities and our careers events involve representatives from our partner firms through our Industry Oracles Scheme, enabling students to speak directly to their future employers.
