Role profiles

High quality role profiles that are informative and exciting help to attract the right people to the job.  The role profile clearly describes the tasks that a person will do, along with the skills, behaviours and knowledge that will be required to undertake the tasks successfully.  The role profile may be the first formal introduction a person has to your organisation and it needs to communicate succinctly what you expect as an employer.  An individual should be able to understand how relevant the role is to their own skills, experience and qualifications portfolio and whether they will be suited to the organisation.

We have developed 70 role profiles for key professions in the sector, which have been mapped to industry competencies.  Our profiles outline the tasks, skills, and knowledge required for each role along with identifying alternative jobs which have similar competence and qualification requirements.

To find out how we can ensure your role profiles are mapped to industry competencies and are helping you to attract the best talent, contact Jenny Barber or Karis Stander.
